Qualifications

• BA/BFA in Graphic Design or related field.
• 3-4 years of professional design retail experience in advertising/ecommerce.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to edit photos and perform minor retouching in Photoshop.
• Strong layout, typography, color theory, and balance.
• Able to work across multiple channels and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and deliver multi-channel assets for brand campaigns across site, email, and paid media.
• Translate campaigns from briefs to final deliverables with brand consistency.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and external partners; manage multiple projects with varying timelines.
• Maintain brand standards and contribute to trend research and skills growth.
