Job summary

Cella by Randstad Digital is seeking a Designer to support the Beauty creative team in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. The role designs concepts through final deliverables for site, email, paid social and display ads, maintaining brand standards across all assets.

The ideal candidate collaborates with producers, marketers, copy writers, art directors and designers, managing multiple projects while translating concepts from external agencies to fit brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• BA/BFA in Graphic Design or related field.
• 3-4 years of professional design retail experience in advertising or ecommerce.
• Extensive knowledge of design software, especially Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; advanced functions.
• Ability to edit photos and minor retouching in Photoshop.
• Strong layout/typography, color theory, hierarchy, balance.
• Troubleshoot typography, layout, applications.
• Organized and quick to learn new software.
• Experience with motion design from static imagery.
• Able to take creative direction and collaborate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and maintain multi-channel creative assets that align to content strategy & adhere to brand guidelines from external agencies or partners.
• Deliver creative from briefing to final deliverable-which includes, but not limited to, digital & print assets, activations, and paid digital media marketing.
• Actively work to develop cross functional relationships and foster collaboration.
• Proactive, self-sufficient, and professional, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Work closely with Project Management & Ops to communicate and deliver on creative needs through online project management tools.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Project Management & Ops, eComm Ops, Copy, & Product teams, as well as external agencies and partners, to provide the creative point-of-view & to ensure brand cohesion across all user touchpoints.
• Continued growth of individual self, the team and business by contributing to exploration and research of trends and competition as well as evolving skills such as learning new design tools.
