Pluralsight, LLC is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer - Multidisciplinary to lead and craft visuals across brand, campaigns, web, and motion. You will set creative direction, mentor peers, and actively produce work while elevating the team’s standards.

You will partner across Marketing, Product, Sales, and Events to deliver cohesive experiences and scalable systems, shaping the look and feel of Pluralsight’s brands.

Qualifications

• Portfolio required.
• Strong visual design across brand, campaigns, digital, and motion.
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud; adaptable to new tools.

Responsibilities

• Concept, art direct, and create work across Pluralsight marketing campaigns, web, digital, events, and motion.
• Turn briefs into distinctive concepts and polished visuals.
• Own high-impact projects from idea to delivery and set visual direction.
• Build scalable visual systems and templates to maintain brand consistency.
• Present concepts with clear rationale tied to audience needs and business goals.
• Mentor designers and guide agencies/contractors with constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, Content, Events, and Developers to bring ideas to life.
