Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience in an agency or marketing environment.
• Strong portfolio across formats and industries.
• Proficient in typography, layout, hierarchy, colour, and brand consistency.
• Ability to take a project from concept through final execution.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience designing for digital marketing: social, web, email, paid ads.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable remote work setup and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Translate briefs into visual concepts aligned with objectives.
• Develop concepts, layouts, graphics, ads, social content, and presentations.
• Lead projects from rough concept to final delivery with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with account managers, strategists, copywriters, and designers.
• Review client work to improve visual consistency and effectiveness.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining quality.
