Job summary

CompanyCam is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to shape design across brand, product, and campaigns. You’ll blend craft with leadership, transforming visual content, aligning with strategic goals, and driving brand consistency across channels.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Brand, Product, and Marketing teams, mentoring others, building scalable systems, and pushing creative forward using new tools and storytelling approaches. Remote-friendly with local preference for Lincoln, NE residents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is required.
• 6 to 8 years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with supplemental Figma experience.
• Advanced understanding of design fundamentals including color theory, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent collaboration and presentation skills, capable of aligning diverse stakeholders around creative ideas.
• Demonstrated mentorship and leadership within a creative team.
• Experience in a corporate in-house environment or large-scale brand management is preferred.
• Working knowledge of motion graphics and video editing tools such as After Effects is preferred.
• A growth mindset and a knack for creativity and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Own projects independently from brief to final delivery with minimal supervision.
• Create visual assets for digital and print media across campaigns, product launches, web, social, email, and events.
• Apply strong typography, layout, and color skills to adapt designs across channels while maintaining consistency.
• Use AI tools to accelerate production while preserving creative judgment.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Design, and Brand teams to turn strategy into visuals.
• Present design concepts and gather feedback from multiple stakeholders.
• Ensure all creatives align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency.
• Maintain and evolve design systems and asset libraries across tools like Adobe and Bynder.
• Lead by example in upholding high creative standards and AI workflow adoption.
