Job summary

Bedrosians Tile and Stone is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to translate brand strategy into digital assets for website banners, emails, social content, and in-store signage. You will collaborate with Ecommerce, Brand, Retail, and Marketing Operations to deliver on-brand designs from concept through final production.

The role requires 5–7 years of experience, a strong portfolio in ecommerce/retail, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with CMS and asset management is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5–7 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer across digital and print.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating ecommerce/retail work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma or Sketch a plus.
• Experience designing for ecommerce websites, landing pages, emails, and digital campaigns.
• Strong typography, visual hierarchy, composition, and color theory.
• Ability to produce print-ready files and understand print production.
• Familiarity with digital asset management tools, CMS, or ecommerce platforms preferred.
• Excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail.
• Produce motion graphics and animations for digital ads, social, emails, websites, in-store screens, and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop digital assets: banners, landing pages, emails, social content.
• Create retail and in-store materials and templates for 40+ showrooms.
• Develop concepts and visual storytelling to elevate brand and campaigns.
• Collaborate with Ecommerce, Brand, Retail, Marketing Ops.
• Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines; participate in creative reviews.
• Retouch images and prepare files for web and print production.
