Beauty & Retail seeks a skilled Graphic Designer to join its design team in a fast-paced environment. You will support the creative group by developing visuals for marketing collateral, digital content, packaging, and in-store assets, ensuring brand consistency.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field, and a strong portfolio demonstrating typography and modern design across print and digital.

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer in an agency, in-house creative department, or similar fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating a modern design aesthetic, typography, and high-quality execution across print and digital.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with print-ready layouts and digital asset optimization.
• Comfort working with Figma for digital asset creation and collaborative design workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Independently manage and execute diverse graphic design projects across marketing collateral, digital content, packaging graphics, retail POS materials, in-store signage, and brand identity elements.
• Translate creative briefs and strategic objectives into high-quality visuals while maintaining brand consistency.
• Perform photo manipulation, retouching, illustration, and complex layout design as needed.
• Advocate for brand guidelines, ensuring visual integrity and alignment across channels.
• Own project timelines and deliverables by communicating status, challenges, and solutions with internal teams and external partners.
