Job summary

TerraPower is seeking a highly creative Graphic Design Specialist to bring our story to life through compelling visual communications. You will develop high-quality content that supports brand management, digital marketing, and executive presentations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in-house or within a corporate environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across print, digital, presentation, and brand design.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, or video editing tools.
• Experience creating executive-level PowerPoint presentations and visual storytelling materials.
• Experience creating data visualizations and technical illustrations.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

Responsibilities

• Develop visually compelling designs across print, digital, social media, web, video, and presentation formats.
• Maintain and evolve the company’s visual identity standards and brand guidelines.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all communications materials and touchpoints.
• Coordinate with vendors and production partners to ensure high-quality execution.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand objectives, gather requirements, and deliver creative solutions.
• Organize and maintain digital asset libraries and design templates.
• Design event branding, signage, exhibits, trade show materials, environmental graphics, and promotional items.
• Collaborate with content creators to develop visual storytelling approaches that drive engagement.
• Create and optimize graphics for multiple digital platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
• Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to elevate the organization’s engagement strategy.
