Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in-house or within a corporate environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Strong portfolio showing expertise across print, digital, presentation, and brand design.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, or video editing tools.
• Experience producing executive-level PowerPoint presentations and visual storytelling materials.
• Experience creating data visualizations and technical illustrations.
• Strong command of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts through clear, engaging design.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, juggling competing priorities.
• Proactive self-starter and team player with execution focus.

Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling designs for print, digital, social media, web, video, and presentations.
• Maintain, evolve, and apply visual identity standards and brand guidelines.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all communications materials and touchpoints.
• Coordinate with vendors and production partners to support high-quality execution.
• Manage multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand objectives, gather requirements, and deliver creative solutions.
• Organize and maintain digital asset libraries and design templates.
• Design event branding including signage, exhibits, trade show materials, environmental graphics, and promotional items.
• Collaborate with content creators to develop visual storytelling approaches that support engagement.
• Create and optimize graphics for multiple digital platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
• Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance engagement strategy.
