Job summary

Terra is seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our Creative team in the United States. You will translate briefs into compelling design, collaborate across teams, and help bring client brand narratives to life through graphic design, visual branding, and storytelling formats.

You will work on social graphics, digital ads, presentations, and branding systems, mentor junior designers, and stay ahead of design trends.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
Figma proficiency for collaborative design work.
Strong typography, color, layout, and composition skills.

Responsibilities

Translate client briefs, brand guidelines, and project scopes into design solutions.
Study scope of work documents, timelines, design briefs, and requirements.
Elevate client work and exceed client expectations.
Design deliverables including social graphics, digital ads, videos, presentations, white papers, and event collateral.
Contribute to visual strategy and branding projects (logo design, style guides, mood boards).
Collaborate with leads, strategists, and designers to deliver on-brand assets.
Collaborate with UX/UI and Web Development on brand handoff and assets.
Collaborate with Motion design teams to develop storyboards for video.
Participate in and guide internal reviews and client presentations; justify design decisions.
Mentor junior designers with feedback.
Stay current on design trends and share inspiration/tools with the team.
Ensure consistency, quality, and attention to detail across all deliverables.
