Job summary

That’s Nice, LLC is seeking a Senior Designer to lead design initiatives across digital, print, branding, and marketing materials in a New York setting. You will mentor a team, ensure brand consistency, and deliver high-quality visuals aligned with our communication goals.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will manage projects end-to-end, apply user-centered design, and stay ahead of trends to evolve our visual language while meeting deadlines and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 6 years post college experience at a design firm, studio, or marketing firm
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance and feedback.
• Set a high standard for design quality and ensure outputs are aligned with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop design solutions for digital, print, branding, and marketing materials.
