Salary: $2500 - $3000 per Month

About:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing team on a contractual basis. This is a hands‑on, individual contributor role for a commercially‑minded creative with an exceptional eye for detail, who understands the intersection between design, performance marketing, and ecommerce growth.

You will be responsible for designing and optimising high-performing static ads, carousels, and visual assets across Meta, TikTok, and other paid social platforms, helping some of the UK's fastest‑growing ecommerce brands acquire customers and scale profitably.

Quality is non‑negotiable in this role. Every asset you deliver should be polished, on‑brand, and pixel‑perfect. You'll work closely with our creative strategists, media buyers, video editors, and content creators to bring concepts to life, identify winning creative patterns, and continuously improve performance through testing and iteration.

The ideal candidate combines outstanding design craft with a strong understanding of direct-response advertising, and actively embraces AI tools to work smarter, explore more ideas, and raise the standard of their output, without ever compromising on quality.

Since our founding in 2021 by a team of seasoned leaders, we've rapidly expanded with a high-performing team of A-Players. Over the past year, we've successfully managed over £8 million in Meta and TikTok ad spend, delivering profitable results for renowned clients such as Khanum's, Lucy & Lola, Ovrload, DJK, Bubble Panda, and Watermans.

In 2024, we experienced significant growth as an agency, and the Senior Graphic Designer role will play a pivotal part in our continued expansion and the progression of our performance creative division.

You will join our talented production team, which serves as your creative division. We strategise, ideate, create, and optimise exceptional creative content, including UGC, high-production, design, and motion graphic ads. We pride ourselves on being a one-stop performance creative solution, acting as an in‑house creative team for our clients.

What You'll Need:

• Design high-quality, performance-driven static and visual creatives across multiple ecommerce brands, owning each project from brief to final delivery.
• Deliver work to the highest possible standard, with meticulous attention to typography, layout, colour, composition, and detail.
• Ensure every asset aligns with each brand's identity, tone of voice, positioning, and commercial objectives.
• Create a wide range of assets including static ads, carousels, product imagery, landing page visuals, and light motion graphics.
• Optimise designs for Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and emerging platforms, adapting formats and sizes to maximise engagement, conversions, and performance.
• Integrate AI tools into your day-to-day workflow for ideation, concepting, image generation, retouching, and producing creative variations at speed.
• Produce multiple creative variations for testing, using performance data and feedback to iterate on winning concepts.
• Collaborate with strategists, media buyers, video editors, and content creators to translate creative concepts into high-performing assets.
• Proactively identify emerging design trends, AI capabilities, and creative opportunities that improve campaign results.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and never compromising on quality.

Experience & Skills

• 4+ years of experience as a graphic designer, ideally producing performance-driven creative within ecommerce, DTC, or agency environments
• A standout portfolio demonstrating exceptional design quality and craft
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; experience with Figma, After Effects, or other motion tools is a plus
• Hands‑on experience using AI tools within a design workflow (e.g. Adobe Firefly, Photoshop Generative Fill, Midjourney, ChatGPT), with a clear view on where AI adds value and where human craft matters most
• Deep understanding of Meta, TikTok, and paid social creative best practices
• Proven ability to create designs that drive engagement, conversions, and revenue
• Advanced knowledge of typography, layout, colour theory, photo retouching, and brand systems
• Strong understanding of performance marketing principles and creative testing methodologies
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills with fluent written and spoken English
