Are you a Senior Graphic Designer with a passion for storytelling through thoughtful, consistent visual branding? We're a premium outdoor products company with multiple brands seeking a creative professional who can artfully capture the spirit of nature and adventure in support of multiple brands, product lines and divisions.

• This part-time contract position requires approximately 40 to 80 hours per month , with the potential for additional hours based on workload. This role reports to and works collaboratively with marketing.
• While remote, you must be available for in-person team meetings once or twice per month (GTA area).

Key Responsibilities

• Support the creation and production of creative concepts across branding, campaigns and digital experiences
• Translate strategic direction into comprehensive design solutions. Create, interpret, and implement design briefs aligned with brand goals.
• Create and deliver final production-ready assets for both digital and print channels, including (but not limited to) paid ads, website content, social media, newsletters, brochures, catalogs, and in-store / point-of-purchase materials.
• Act as a consultant to the marketing team and provide graphic design expertise to increase visual impact and effectiveness of creative assets to support business objectives
• Own assigned projects from concept development through to execution in a timely manner, while working within project schedules and deadlines.
• Attend scheduled meetings virtually and in person (1–2 times per month)

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in graphic design and creative concept development, preferably in the outdoor, lifestyle, or retail sector.
• Solid organization and time management skills; detail oriented and ability to focus and work efficiently in a demanding, fast-paced, matrix team environment
• On-set photography art direction experience is a plus! Familiarity with video production and editing is also considered a plus.

Required Technical Skills

• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite :
• InDesign
• Illustrator
• Photoshop
• Lightroom
• Final Cut Pro
• Apple Motion useful as well
• Strong digital design skills and familiarity with optimizing assets for web and social media.
• Competency with digital workflow and file management tools (Teams, Office 365, Monday Board, project management platforms)
