The type of transactions we currently work on range from multifamily apartment complexes to large office towers in the United States and European markets and range in value sizes from $10 million USD - $200 million+ USD.

What we are Looking for:-

As a Graphic Designer, you will leverage your extensive experience with InDesign and print design to craft visually engaging materials, including brochures, posters, product packaging, and more. You will lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring each piece aligns with client vision and brand identity, while maintaining a high standard of design excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of a wide range of print materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, magazines, and promotional collateral, with a focus on high-quality production standards.
• Use Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop to create and refine design layouts that are both visually compelling and functional.
• Manage complex design projects, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest standards of quality.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, project management, and external vendors, to ensure seamless production and delivery of print materials.
• Prepare final design files for production, ensuring accuracy in color, typography, and file formats for print specifications.
• Provide creative direction and mentoring to junior designers, sharing best practices and ensuring design consistency across projects.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design innovations, and new print technologies, integrating these insights into your work.
• Maintain an organized workflow and effectively manage multiple design projects with competing deadlines.

What Were Looking For:

• 3+ years of professional experience as a graphic designer, with a strong focus on print media.
• Design and create marketing materials, including aerial maps, BOVs (Broker Opinion of Value), flyers, and posters.
• Develop social media creatives such as banners, advertisements, and promotional graphics.
• Utilize Adobe InDesign and Illustrator for high-quality design projects.
• Work with Visio (optional) for specialized design tasks.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design tools.
• Deep understanding of print production processes, file preparation, and pre-press requirements.
• Proven ability to manage multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with strong typography, layout, and color theory skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your print design expertise and high-quality projects.
• A degree or certification in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred.

You must have:

• Comfortable working Pacific timings/PST Timezones
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign & Illustrator (mandatory).
• Experience in commercial real estate design, including aerial maps and BOVs.
• Visio experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience is required;
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely (verbal and written);
