Job Description

Idexcel’s client is looking for a Senior Marketing/Graphic Designer to join their team on a contract basis.

Job Title: Marketing Designer Senior/Graphic Designer

Location: NYC, NY, Charlotte, NC, Iselin, NJ, or REMOTE (only for those in the U.S.)

Duration: 6 months, on W2

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary designer on complex projects, developing high-quality conceptual design solutions for print and digital communications.
• Solve communication problems through design, organizing messages to align with business objectives.
• Ensure all work adheres to department quality standards, visual identity standards, and brand positioning.
• Meet all project budgets and deadlines.

Skills and Knowledge:

• Expert understanding of multimedia design, with experience in print and digital file preparation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating work across various industries and deliverables.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, handle revisions, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent command of typography, graphics, and layout.
• Comfortable working on Mac and PC platforms, with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Support administrative tasks within the design group.
• Work under general supervision, reporting to a supervisor or manager.

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field, or at least 3 years of industry experience in corporate design.

Note: We are not seeking UX/UI Designers for this role.

Qualifications

Same as above: Bachelor’s degree or minimum 3 years industry experience in corporate design.
