Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking a Graphic Design Lead to steer brand design across high-visibility touchpoints, marketing collateral, events, web, and executive communications. This hands-on leadership role requires translating complex hyperscale infrastructure stories into enterprise-ready visuals and scalable brand systems.

Qualifications

• BFA or BA in Design, Visual Communication, or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of experience in graphic design and art direction.
• Experience building design systems across communications, marketing, and product.
• Portfolio demonstrating branding (typography, illustration, photography), campaigns, and data visualization.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

Responsibilities

• Lead brand design across high-visibility touchpoints, marketing collateral, events, web, social, motion/video, and executive communications.
• Build scalable design systems that align with campaigns and product storytelling.
• Mentor junior designers and guide creative direction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners including marketers, engineers, and product managers.
• Own projects end-to-end from concept to final delivery.
