Qualifications

• 6+ years of design experience (agency or in-house) with a portfolio showing systems-thinking and campaign craft
• Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Proven ability to translate brand strategy into cohesive design systems and campaign executions
• Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills
• Proficiency leveraging AI tools to explore, prototype, and extend creative directions
• Ability to mentor, inspire, and collaborate across disciplines
• Bonus: motion graphics/animation or Celtra experience

Responsibilities

• Create, evolve, and manage scalable design systems used by stakeholders
• Lead translation of campaign creative into digital experiences with usability and consistency
• Partner with brand, product marketing and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact creative
• Balance big-picture thinking with hands-on craft from visuals to production-ready assets
• Apply design frameworks across marketing touchpoints to meet strategies and best practices
• Understand business needs and build/optimize creative that drives impact
• Ensure high standards for design, usability, and brand alignment
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback
• Explore motion graphics and editing opportunities to expand the toolkit
