Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Senior Consultant to join the Grants Strategy and Development Team in Florida. You will lead post-award grant management and compliance for public infrastructure projects, collaborating with the Advisory team and other WSP practice groups to secure funding and manage deliverables across multiple assignments.

You will work with public and private organizations nationwide, ensuring Federal guidelines are followed, including 2 CFR 200, and will contribute to business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Policy, Urban or Transportation Planning, or related discipline.
• 5-7 years of relevant grant experience including post-award administration and financial reporting.
• Experience supporting business development with public- and private-sector clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with 2 CFR 200 and federal grant requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and client requests.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-award grant management and compliance strategies for public infrastructure projects.
• Support business development efforts, building the portfolio of post-award grant contracts.
• Leverage networks to support opportunities, proposals, and cross-selling of capabilities.
• Foster client engagement and relationships.
• Ensure compliance with Federal guidelines including 2 CFR 200.
• Oversee development of complex post-award deliverables such as milestone/progress and financial reports.
• Take initiative and collaborate to deliver high-quality deliverables.
• Serve as task lead for grant assistance contracts; manage scope, schedule, budget.
