Presbyterian Healthcare Services is seeking a Sponsored Awards Manager to oversee financial oversight, compliance, and post-award administration of sponsored programs including federal, state, private, and industry-funded grants.

You will monitor subrecipient risk, ensure GAAP-compliant reporting, and collaborate with finance, legal, and program leaders to strengthen internal controls and award terms management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Seven years related experience.
• Ability in PC and mainframe environments.
• Excellent analytical and communications skills.
• Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of Lawson, COGNOS, Crystal Reports, and Premier Operations Advisor.
• CPA/CMA/MBA preferred.
• Requires detailed knowledge of cost accounting principles to advise practitioners.

Responsabilités

• Oversee financial operations and system support for assigned service lines, ensuring cost controls and resource stewardship.
• Develop, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and audits.
• Provide financial guidance to Service Line leadership on budgeting and policies.
• Partner with operational leaders to optimize financial resources and performance.
• Lead development and implementation of financial strategies to reduce costs and increase revenue.
