• Oversee compliance with terms, conditions, and federal regulations; conduct program evaluations and risk assessments.
• Develop and revise grants management policies and procedures; implement changes to improve effectiveness and compliance.
• Perform detailed financial reviews, cost analyses, and budget evaluations to support negotiation and oversight.
• Engage stakeholders and cross-functional teams to maintain relationships.
