Job summary

Arcetyp LLC is seeking a Grants Management Specialist to support a US Federal Government client. The role provides administrative, analytical, and technical support for the full federal grants lifecycle, including pre‑award, award, and post‑award activities, in accordance with 2 CFR 200 and applicable regulations, primarily via telework.

The position requires experience with eGMS or similar systems, strong Microsoft Office 365 skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supporting federal grants management operations under 2 CFR 200.
• Experience with electronic grants management systems such as eGMS or similar grant lifecycle platforms.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications (Excel, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Word).
• Ability to independently manage workload priorities and work effectively in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct administrative completeness reviews of grant applications and supporting documentation.
• Review grant materials including budgets, attachments, narratives, and forms for completeness and compliance.
• Enter, validate, update, and maintain grant data within eGMS and related systems.
• Prepare draft eligibility analyses and budget reviews for Government review and approval.
• Support peer review activities by assisting with panel setup and reviewer coordination.
• Prepare dashboards and reports supporting grant program management and funding decisions.
• Track reporting requirements and administrative actions for grants.
