Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an experienced Management Consulting professional to support Federal clients in financial management, grants, reimbursable agreements, procurement, and budget processes.

You will translate complex financial data into clear insights, develop client-ready deliverables, and lead sessions with stakeholders. The role combines analytical work with client engagement, often requiring on-site collaboration and a flexible hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• US Citizenship is a must due to contract requirements.
• Ability to obtain Public trust clearance.
• 3–5+ years of consulting experience, preferably for Federal clients.
• Experience with Federal financial management and related processes.
• Familiarity with Federal financial management regulations (DATA Act, FFMI, OMB Circular A 123).
• Experience developing training or knowledge transfer materials for Federal stakeholders.
• Experience supporting finance transformation and operating model design for Federal clients.
• Experience performing internal control assessments and risk activities.
• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Google productivity tools to create presentations and analyze large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Support Federal clients across financial management, grants, reimbursable agreements, procurement, and budget processes.
• Translate complex financial data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Develop deliverables (presentations, reports, dashboards) for stakeholders.
• Lead and participate in client meetings to collect data and validate findings.
• Identify process improvements and assist with implementation within PMO guidance.
