Job summary

Guidehouse's Public Sector Health team is seeking a Senior Consultant to support federal clients' oversight, monitoring, and program integrity activities for block grant programs. You will identify risks, conduct monitoring, and deliver actionable recommendations with federal staff, grant recipients, and project teams.

The ideal candidate brings strong analytical and communication skills, experience with LIHEAP or CSBG, and proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in consulting, grants management, oversight, or related field.
• Experience supporting federal grants programs and understanding grants administration, oversight, and accountability.
• Experience with LIHEAP and/or CSBG is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support federal clients in targeted oversight and monitoring activities for grants programs.
• Review audit findings, corrective-action plans, and internal controls to assess risks.
• Conduct remote and onsite monitoring in response to findings or emerging risks.
• Develop monitoring reports, findings summaries, and client deliverables.
