Guidehouse is seeking a Senior Consultant to support USDOT grants management, operational documentation, and compliance. You will develop SOPs, maintain process documentation, and assist with audits and continuous improvement of grants systems.

The role requires strong technical writing, coordination with stakeholders, and the ability to translate complex requirements into practical guidance. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Nine (9) years of experience supporting federal grants.
• Strong technical writing, editing, and document quality assurance skills.
• U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain public trust.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update SOPs, work instructions, templates, job aids, reference materials, and guidance.
• Translate policies and processes into clear, actionable documentation.
• Support grant operations, audits, and compliance activities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve grants processes.
