Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant financial and operational analysis experience.
• Analytical experience working with complex data sets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; relational data and grant accounting systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manages accounting and financial reporting for assigned grant awards, including budget monitoring, reconciliations, invoicing, expenditure review, and grantor financial reporting.
• Partners with principal investigators, program managers, and Grants Administration to monitor grant financial performance and resolve financial and compliance-related matters.
• Supports grant compliance and assists with coordination of the Uniform Guidance Single Audit and other grant audits, including schedules, reconciliations, supporting documentation, and audit requests.
• Supports internal controls over grant-funded activity and helps strengthen grant accounting processes and reporting.
