The University of Texas at Austin seeks a Senior Contracts and Grants Specialist to administer grants and contracts for the Dana Center. You will prepare proposals, agreements, and contracts, manage payables and deposits, and serve as the primary contact for sponsors, PIs, and vendors.

Responsibilities include reviewing RFPs, coordinating with OSP and VPCFO, and ensuring compliance with UT policies. Requires five years of relevant experience and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least five years of experience in grant/contract proposals and awards.
• Experience with federal, state, foundation, or other funding agencies.

Responsabilités

• Serve as grant and contracts administrator for the Dana Center.
• Prepare and submit proposals, agreements and contracts; manage vouchers and invoices.
• Act as liaison with sponsors, PIs, vendors and UT offices; support accounting processes.
