The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Business with two years of related experience or an Associate’s with four years. A Master’s may substitute for one year, and the position offers hybrid work and relocation within listed states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field and two years of experience in contract coordination, contract administration or closely related experience;
• OR an Associate's degree in a related field and four years of such experience;
• OR six years of such experience.
• A Master’s degree in a related field may substitute for one year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of contract processing, from development to execution including reviewing contract request paperwork including scopes of work, budgets, and selection criteria, ensuring compliance.
• Review and verify changes related to encumbering and disencumbering funding, conduct a secondary review of vouchers for payment, and will validate vendor banking information.
• Help monitor the subcontract shared mailbox, provide technical assistance, and troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure procedures are kept up to date, document processes, and contribute to system process improvements.
