The American Heart Association is seeking a Sr. Grant Administrator to coordinate the operational execution of a complex, multi-million-dollar grant-funded department.

This role acts as a cross-functional liaison among program strategy, financial management, compliance, and operations, translating goals into budgets, systems, and processes to ensure efficiency and impact. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of meaningful experience in grant administration or related fields.
• Experience with budget management, grant reporting, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Integrates grant requirements into the program and monitors processes, maintaining internal records and systems.
• Coordinates program budget development and facilitation to align with funder expectations and internal controls.
• Monitor budgets, analyze financial activity, provide variance reporting, forecasting, and reconciliation guidance.
