Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead grantmaking strategy development and evaluation across community health programs and scholarships.
• Supervise the Charitable Division team and grant operations staff.
• Modernize policies, procedures, and grant management systems to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Bridge grantmaking with QueensCare Health Alliance services to maximize community impact.
• Represent QueensCare in external philanthropic and healthcare venues.
