• Strong analytical skills to assess policies, requirements, processes, and data; identify risks and opportunities.
• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support federal clients in grants management modernization across the lifecycle.
• Evaluate AI-enabled solutions for grants management and QA processes.
• Analyze policies and guidance to translate needs into evaluation frameworks.
• Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements through stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver policy analyses, evaluation criteria, findings, and client communications.
