You will lead strategic grant opportunities, coordinate teams, and ensure timely, compliant deliverables across federal and philanthropic funders. The role demands at least five years in proposal writing, strong leadership, and the ability to integrate AI tools into proposal design and delivery.

Qualifications

• Five years of dedicated proposal writing experience in federal or non-profit fundraising settings.
• Ability to lead through the proposal lifecycle, from opportunity identification to post-submission management.
• Experience with go/no-go analyses, budget writing, and funder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination with a portfolio of workforce development clients to propose growth or impact goals through grant fundraising.
• Research and identify potential funders and grant opportunities to develop actionable funding strategies.
• Analyze grant solicitations and develop targeted win strategies for proposals and budgets.
• Lead the proposal writing and budgeting process, including coordinating with external grant writers when needed.
• Manage client/team coordination, provide updates on submissions and ROI, and adjust funding strategies as required.
• Oversee multiple client contracts, ensuring budgets, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
• Meet or exceed 300 billable hours per quarter (1,200+ per year) and monitor progress toward contract deliverables.
