Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, public administration, or a related field.
• Three or more years of professional experience in grants management, finance, accounting, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee grant lifecycles from budgeting to closeout.
• Monitor expenditures to ensure alignment with approved budgets and requirements.
• Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial reports across funding streams.
• Coordinate with SPA and other offices to support grant compliance.
• Track multiple funding sources and allocate expenses accordingly.
• Oversee subrecipient monitoring, including communication on progress and deliverables.
• Review subrecipient invoices for allowability and timeliness prior to payment.
