Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, sciences or liberal arts.
• 7 years independent administration of research grants and contracts in central offices.
• Knowledge of NIH policies and major not-for-profit foundations.
• Familiar with OMB Circulars and Medicare budget principles.

Responsibilities

• Represent CSHS in complex budget negotiations and contractual elements.
• Advise PIs on grant/contract proposals and funding mechanisms.
• Coordinate administrative review and approvals to maintain process integrity.
• Mentor grant & contract officers and educate PI staff on policies.
• Provide systems expertise across accounting, grant processing, purchasing, HR, and reporting.
