Job summary

Jobot is seeking a grants accounting leader to manage and oversee all grants accounting from award to closeout, ensuring accurate reporting, invoicing, and compliance within a nonprofit framework in Los Angeles.

The role requires coordinating with Development, Finance, and Programs to communicate financial status and meet grant conditions, with emphasis on state, local, and private funding sources.

Qualifications

• Experience in grants accounting and fund management preferred.
• Ability to liaise between Development, Finance and Programs to report on financial status.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all grants accounting from award through closeout to ensure timely and accurate reporting, invoicing, and compliance with grant requirements.
• Serve as primary liaison between departments to communicate financial status of grants, with emphasis on state/county/local/private funding.

Job Summary

Manages and oversees all grants accounting, as assigned, after receipt of grant award to sunsetting of grant to ensure the organization reports, modifies, invoices and closes out grants, contracts and awards timely, completely and accurately to comply with all applicable codes, regulations, OMB Super Circular, grant conditions and grant reporting requirements. Primary liaison between Development, Finance and Programs to communicate financial status of grants. Higher emphasis on state/county/local/private funding
