Job summary

United Grain Corporation in Mayville, ND is hiring a Grain Elevator Technician (GET) III to perform advanced maintenance on grain elevator systems. The role requires at least 3 years of experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work extended hours as needed.

The GET III will execute maintenance tasks (welding, fabrication, installation, lubrication, repair, troubleshooting) and contribute to elevator operations improvements within a safety-focused, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years of experience in a grain elevator.
• Must have valid driver’s license to drive company vehicles.
• Maintenance experience with mechanical aptitude is required.
• Proven ability to improve elevator operations.
• Working knowledge of MS Suite, Agris, and One Weigh.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks typical of GET I/II with minimal supervision, including welding, cutting, fabrication, installation, lubrication, repair and replacement, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain a safe and collaborative work environment that supports a diverse culture.
