Qualifications

• Experience in grain elevator, feed mill, processing plant, or similar industrial environment.
• Millwright, mechanical maintenance, welding, or fabrication experience.
• Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor grain receiving, storage, and loadout systems.
• Assist with grain quality control and inventory management.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on conveyors, elevators, bearings, motors, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and minimize downtime.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Assist with seasonal harvest operations and other facility needs.
