Qualifications

• Master’s Degree and one year of related experience; or a combination of education and related experience.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in higher education, counseling or administration.
• Strong knowledge of university academic policies, degree requirements, and advising practices.
• Ability to interpret and manage academic records and student data systems.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and student support skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with faculty, staff, and administrative offices.
• Radiates a positive attitude and is a willing team player.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and implement the graduate recruitment strategy and annual recruitment calendar.
• Manage recruitment priorities and outreach initiatives to support graduate enrollment goals.
• Represent the College at graduate recruitment fairs, information sessions, open houses, and other prospective-student events.
• Interpret and communicate admission requirements, policies, procedures, and timelines.
• Coordinate admissions activities for the MSN and PMC programs.
• Monitor application activity, track materials, and maintain admissions timelines.
• Collaborate with faculty, academic leadership, and university partners to support admissions reviews and decisions.
• Maintain consistent communication with prospective students and applicants throughout recruitment and admissions.
• Coordinate multiple recruitment and admissions projects, establishing timelines and priorities.
• Support course scheduling activities in collaboration with faculty and the Associate Director.
• Review scheduling needs and resolve routine scheduling issues.
• Build collaborative relationships across the College and University to support graduate enrollment objectives.
