Responsabilidades

• Manages assigned territory and planning for recruitment cycles.
• Counsels prospective student populations with goal of helping them apply, gain admission, and enroll at KSU.
• Advises prospective-students individually and in groups regarding admission requirements, degrees, and course selections.
• Trains new admissions counselors and front desk staff.
• Oversees activities and workflow to improve customer service levels; allocates daily work and coordinates communications with applicants.
• Travels locally and possibly nationally to recruit students.
• Keeps abreast of changing policies in university admissions and enrollment services.
• Guides students regarding enrollment processes and policies.
• Provides coverage for admissions and information sessions as needed.
