Qualifications

• Reads plans and has working knowledge of standards and specifications.
• Able to organize, plan and schedule work.
• Ability to communicate with employees, vendors, inspectors, owners’ reps.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises crew(s) and coordinates/assists Project Management Team.
• Executes operations to meet job cost, schedule, and production goals.
