Job summary

Samsung is seeking a Senior Engineer, GPU Modeling Architect to design high-performance functional models for next-generation GPUs. You will define functional modeling of GPU pipeline blocks to guide architectural exploration and verification.

You will implement and validate C++/SystemC GPU models in Linux, ensure accuracy and scalability, and collaborate with architects, RTL designers, verification engineers and software teams to optimize performance and power.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in CS/CE or related technical field.
• 2+ years in software design and architecture.
• Hands-on C++ programming with STL in Linux.
• Understanding of GPU/CPU architecture and micro-architecture concepts.
• Experience with development tools (revision control, debuggers, Make/CMake).
• Familiarity with hardware modeling and performance analysis.
• RTL verification experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-performing functional models for GPU pipelines.
