Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton in Greensboro, NC, seeks a Senior Supply Chain Administrator to support government procurement by managing subcontract and direct procurement activities. You will review solicitations, negotiate terms, and advise leadership on risk mitigation throughout the contracting lifecycle.

You will collaborate with leaders, coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, and help ensure compliant, cost-effective procurement across diverse contract types.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in subcontracts, such as labor or services-based procurements, and direct procurement such as software, hardware, commodities, and cloud services-based procurements.
• 3+ years of experience in federal procurement or subcontract management, including overseeing proposals, supplier selection and negotiations, reviewing and negotiating software license agreements, reviewing bills of material (BOMs) and subcontract administration to support U.S. government programs.
• Experience working directly with suppliers and their sub-tiers with product delivery.
• Knowledge of negotiating various contract types, including FFP, FFPLOE, CPFF, LOE, T&M, or IDIQ contract types.
• Knowledge of FARs, GSA schedules, GWACs, or IDIQ vehicles.
• Ability to collaborate with program leadership and stakeholders to drive delivery of procurements.
• Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
• HS diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Assist a team of procurement professionals by managing a portfolio of subcontract agreements and direct procurement requirements.
• Balance multiple priorities to help address client needs effectively and negotiate favorable terms for timely delivery.
• Work with leaders to address issues during the contracting lifecycle ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance.
• Capture, implement, and manage a range of proposals and contracts for a government client.
• Review solicitations for risks, guide proposal strategies, and advise leadership on risk mitigation.
