Job summary

Johnson Controls seeks an experienced Systems Application Manager, Government Technologies, to support PMO projects nationwide. You will analyze customer needs, define system objectives, and develop solutions for integrated security systems, including wiring diagrams and field instructions.

You will train field teams and coordinate with IT and operations to ensure compliant, secure deployments. The role requires extensive PACS/ePACS expertise, strong communication, and the ability to work across

Qualifications

• 20+ years of security industry field experience focused on computer-based installation and repair.
• Experience and programming with multiple PACS and ePACS, plus ePACS help desk support.
• System administration experience for PACS and ePACS platforms.
• SQL database knowledge and experience.
• Direct involvement with customer IT and network teams for ePACS environments.
• Strong knowledge of FICAM, HSPD-12, and ePACS compliance and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, review, and validate integrated security system solutions for PMO projects and programs.
• Translate customer needs into system objectives and practical solutions for applications.
• Provide ongoing technical support to PMO teams, customers, and field technicians through delivery, start-up, commissioning, and handover.
• Create technical documents and field instructions (wiring, diagrams, elevations, installation guides).
• Coach and train customer field staff and Johnson Controls teams on integrated systems.
• Assist with legacy equipment assessments and upgrade or integration planning.
