Job summary

CAC I International Inc. seeks an experienced GFE Property Manager, Senior to oversee Government Furnished Equipment and Property across Indo-Pacific locations. You will lead staff, assign priorities, and ensure lifecycle accountability compliant with regulations and DoD standards.

You will coordinate with CORs, logistics, and maintenance teams to sustain audit readiness, improve asset visibility, and drive lifecycle management across programs and sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years supporting government property management and asset accountability.
• Experience with DoD programs and cross-location property oversight.
• Strong knowledge of FAR Part 45, DFARS 252.245 and PMSA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of Government property personnel across locations.
• Set priorities, balance workloads and monitor execution for timely completion.
• Lead inventories, audits, and reconciliation across sites.
• Develop property management plans, SOPs, and training materials.
• Coordinate property transfers and documentation with stakeholders.
• Prepare for DCMA reviews, inspections, and corrective actions.
