Job summary

EnerSys, via its Precision Power Solutions division, seeks a Property Manager to oversee Government and customer-furnished property lifecycle in compliance with CFR and FAR. You’ll ensure GFP/CAP is properly controlled, tracked, and disposed of, while maintaining accurate records and supporting audits.

Requirements include a relevant degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years in Government property management, and strong knowledge of FAR 52.245-1, 2 CFR Part 200/910.

Qualifications

• Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Accounting, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in Government property management or related field.
• Strong working knowledge of FAR 52.245-1 and Government property requirements.
• Knowledge of 2 CFR Part 200 and 2 CFR Part 910 for federally funded programs.
• Experience developing and improving property management processes and records.
• Experience maintaining property records including ownership, cost, location, and custodianship.
• Experience with property acquisition, tagging, tracking, inventory, and disposition.
• Experience conducting physical inventories and reconciling discrepancies.
• Experience preparing property documentation for loss, theft, damage, or destruction.
• Strong understanding of Government property stewardship and accountability.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Government and customer-furnished property lifecycle in compliance with CFR and FAR.
• Maintain proper control, protection, and disposition of GFP and CAP.
• Prepare and maintain property documentation and records.
• Coordinate with Government auditors and stakeholders as needed.
• Support property audits and corrective action plans.
