Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking an experienced GFE Property Manager, Journeyman to support Government Furnished Equipment accountability across the Indo-Pacific. You will manage receipt, inventory, transfer, and disposition of GFP/GFE in line with Federal regulations and DoD standards.

Reporting to the Property Management Lead, you will coordinate with CORs, logistics teams, maintenance, and subcontractors to ensure accurate records, audits readiness, and lifecycle accountability of assets

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in government property management or related logistics roles.
• Experience with DoD programs and regulatory compliance (FAR Part 45, DFARS) preferred.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple organizations and maintain accurate records.
• Experience supporting property audits and inventories.

Responsibilities

• Manage Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and Government Furnished Property (GFP) throughout the asset lifecycle.
• Maintain property accountability records in accordance with regulations.
• Receive, inspect, tag, record, issue, transfer, inventory, and dispose of Government property.
• Coordinate physical inventories and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain property records, hand receipts, and asset accountability files.
• Coordinate property transfers between program locations and Government organizations.
• Monitor equipment utilization and coordinate maintenance and calibration.
• Support property reviews, audits, and compliance inspections.
• Investigate and document LDD&S Government property per procedures.
• Ensure proper identification, storage, and safeguarding of assets.
• Prepare property reports and asset accountability metrics for leadership.
