Job summary

You will own property processes, maintain asset systems, and coordinate audits with DCMA and DCAA, while training teams and engaging stakeholders to deliver measurable program success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience managing customer property.
• In-depth knowledge of FAR Part 52.245-1 and DFARS Part 245, with proven ability to implement and maintain compliance systems.
• Extensive experience conducting compliance audits, including internal assessments and external reviews (DCMA and DCAA).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and improve operations and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with property management systems and PIEE.
• Willing to travel and able to work extended hours.
• Certifications such as CPPS/CPPA/CPPM are highly desired.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lifecycle management of customer property across 10 outcomes and 22 elements.
• Analyze processes to identify improvements, increase efficiency, reduce waste, and support long-term success.
• Manage internal and external compliance audits (DCMA/DC)) and address corrective actions.
• Ensure work is scheduled and performed per government regs, contracts, and policy.
• Maintain asset management system for traceability and transaction history.
• Receive, identify/tag, and originate asset records.
• Assist in completion, reconciliation, and reporting of physical inventories.
• Coordinate property reviews and inventories at subcontractors to ensure control of government property.
• Report property transactions via PIEE (Shipment, Receipt, Transfer, Consumption, LTDD, Excess Property).
• Provide guidance and training on government property regulations to cross-functional teams.
• Identify challenges and remove obstacles for team and partners to ensure success.
• Communicate with internal and external teams via Slack, email, meetings.
• Be a team player and embrace startup culture.
