Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Government Property Manager at our Costa Mesa, CA location. You will support the lifecycle management of customer property, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS and company policies, while collaborating with the lead Government Property Manager to scale operations across programs and sites.

You will drive asset tracking, audits, and reporting, with responsibilities spanning tagging, inventories, and stakeholder training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with property management systems and PIEE.
• Ability to work extended hours and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Shared site accountability for customer property lifecycle operations and compliance.
• Analyze processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Lead or support compliance audits with internal and external teams (e.g., DCMA, DCAA).
• Ensure work is scheduled and performed per government regulations, contracts, and policy.
• Maintain asset management system with traceability and transaction history.
• Tag and originate asset records; coordinate inventories and physical counts.
• Report property transactions through PIEE (Shipment, Receipt, Transfer, etc.).
• Provide training on government property regulations to cross-functional teams.
• Identify challenges and drive resolution with stakeholders.
