Job summary

DEFTEC Corporation is seeking a Program Manager with experience in managing large-scale government projects and strong knowledge of military personnel automation systems. The PM will oversee contract performance, ensure compliance, and verify deliverables meet standards.

Qualifications

• 6 to 8 years of experience in education and training.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s with related experience in training and administration and project management in customer-related services.
• Experience in managing large-scale government projects.
• Familiarity with government policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of military personnel automation systems.
• Ability to work in a digital environment.
• Analytical skills.
• Time management.
• Independent thinker.
• Self-starter.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Will be required to obtain CAC.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the performance of the work, task order compliance, and quality control.
• Planning and execution of all contract-related activities.
• Ensure personnel meet government qualification standards and receive training.
• Review all deliverables prior to submission for acceptance.
