Job summary

RealmOne is seeking a Program Manager to lead the Measure of Effectiveness program for a key USG customer. The role requires managing cost, schedule, and performance, and acting as the primary contact with the CO, COR, Government PM, and contractor management.

Responsibilities include cost management, risk mitigation, status reporting, and ensuring regulatory compliance. A security clearance with polygraph is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, communications, or another relevant business or communications discipline.
• Four (4) years of experience managing contracts for government customers within the DoD.
• Minimum seven (7) years of project management experience, including managing a large dispersed team.

Responsibilities

• Allocate resources (staffing, facilities, and budgets) on the contract.
• Review and approve earned value, ETC, Funds, and man-hour reports.
• Ensure cross-discipline integration to meet Government needs.
• Write and review technical documents for the Government PM.
• Prepare program status reviews and formal Government presentations.
