Job summary

RealmOne is seeking a Program Manager to oversee a Measure of Effectiveness program for a USG customer. The role requires managing cost, schedule, and performance, acting as primary liaison for government and contractor leadership.

The position emphasizes coordinating cross-disciplinary teams, risk management, and timely reporting. A security clearance with polygraph is required, with competitive compensation and extensive benefits described by RealmOne.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, communications, or another relevant business or communications discipline.
• Minimum seven (7) years of project management experience, which must include four (4) years of experience managing contracts for government customers within the DoD.
• Demonstrated experience in managing a large, dispersed team with different specialty areas.
• Demonstrated experience in providing timely reports, and knowledge of information management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage successful cost, schedule, and performance of the contract.
• Serve as main point of contact for CO, COR, Government PM, and Contractor's senior management.
• Contribute to cost management/avoidance, schedule estimation, and risk management.
• Ensure timely recruitment and training of program staff and review all reports before government release.
• Communicate issues and solutions to the Government PM clearly and promptly.
